Abuja, Nigeria —

The government of the country has stated that the removal of VAT on gas, diesel and CNG will ease the problems in the country.

Mr. Wale Edun, who is the Minister of Finance, said that the new measures they have taken will reduce the cost of living that the people of the country are suffering from.

Edun added that the measures will help to reduce the inflation of goods, transportation and so on.

However, Nigerians believe that taking these steps alone will not take them to the bottom.

Yakubu Ali Bulkadimka, one of IPMAN’s major oil dealers, said that the removal of VAT by the government will not reduce the price of diesel or natural gas in the country, if action is not taken against those who block the water. don’t run.

However, economists such as Dr. Isa Abdullahi Kashere of the Federal University in Kashere in Gombe state, think that the removal of VAT by the Government on Diesel Oil and Gas is a good thing, and this will ease the rise in prices in the country, if the government leaves the country in its place.
